📝I cut this from a packaged food box from Japan.

日本の食品パッケージから切り取りました。

📝The cuisine is called Butabara Daikon (Pork belly and white radish).

この料理は豚バラ大根です。

📝It contains premixed sauce so you don't have to prepare ingredients except for pork and radish.

ソースが入っているから豚と大根以外は準備する必要はありません。

📝Since the sauce is so good, you could even choose other meats/vegetables instead.

ソースが良すぎて、他の肉や野菜を代わりに選んでも全然問題なし。

📝I also like that way, although it's not going to be "pork belly and white radish" anymore in that case.

その場合はもはや「豚バラ大根」ではなくなってしまうけれど、そんな作り方も好きです。

📝There are other versions of premixed sauce too.
